Outside opening hours, our on-call pharmacist at the USZ hospital pharmacy is available around the clock. Our 24-hour service for hospitals and medical institutions guarantees both expert advice in emergencies and a continuous supply of medicines.

This on-call service is exclusively for hospitals and medical institutions and is not a medical emergency service.

Private customers

Private customers should contact the Emergency Pharmacy Service for the city of Zurich.

The on-call pharmacist can be reached via the USZ information desk at 044 255 53 33.

For all other medical emergencies, please contact:
